Before specialising in the leadership development and coaching space, Brian worked in commercial sales management roles. Over the past 15 years, he has held a variety of senior HR positions including Learning & Development Manager, Head of Talent, Leadership & Organisation Development & Human Resources Director.

With a background in Human Resources and as a native Irish speaker, Clíodhna completed a Bachelor’s Degree in International Commerce with Irish in 2021. Clíodhna has continued her academic career and is currently undergoing a Master’s degree in Post-Primary Education. Professionally, Clíodhna has been the Mindful Leader Program Manager since 2021 where her responsibilities include managing all aspects of the Mindful Leader Programs as well as supporting and challenging all clients of the Mindful Leader Academy to make the transition from knowing the Philosophy of Mindful Leadership to Living and Leading as Mindful Leaders.
Between her academic career in Education and her work with the Mindful Leader Academy, Clíodhna has a real interest, passion, and curiosity in supporting people to live and express their highest potential. Clíodhna’s other interests include swimming, water safety instruction and travel.
