JJ O Riordan is an international Leadership Coach and Facilitator of Global Leadership Programs. Along with his colleague, Alasdar Browne, he is the founder and co-developer of The Mindful Leader Program. JJ has facilitated The Mindful Leader Program to site leadership teams in Singapore, India, as well as many locations in the US and in Europe. JJ has worked with global organizations such as Analog Devices, Abbott Nutrition, Nelipak Healthcare, Alkermes, Avolon, Novartis and GSK.

His experience is derived from the Medical Device, Food, Pharma, Financial Services and Management Consulting industries. He gained his corporate experience as a Senior Leader in the Medical Device industry during a 12 year career. His background is diverse, with much of his working career being overseas. He’s very experienced in dealing with Teams & people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Lisa is a highly enthusiastic, and resourceful, office support professional and her excellent communication skills enable her to co-ordinate effectively with all levels of management and senior leadership teams.

Before specialising in the leadership development and coaching space, Brian worked in commercial sales management roles. Over the past 15 years, he has held a variety of senior HR positions including Learning & Development Manager, Head of Talent, Leadership & Organisation Development & Human Resources Director.
